Going to New York was the first time I have left the New England Area.  My friend Emily and I took a bus from Boston to NY.  A 5-hour Journey with our luggage and sleepingbags in hand.  Oh, what a Bus Ride it was too, full of excitement and enjoyment (yeah right, 5 minutes into the ride, Emily and I were about to Kill each other...).
So yes, from Boston we Hit Providence, where we are forced to get off the bus and wait for another one.  But when we got the Providence, the Line for the NY bus was HUGE!   Way HUGE!  SO, we jumped in line quickly.  Finally the bus came, and this is when the Cutting Began!   People were even pushing those Old Folks out of the way! Mad Crazy!   Yeah, We Hated them! Especially these 2 chinese kids who freakin cut right infront of me and em. I was So pissed!   So we get close to the bus, and Then the 2 chinese kids get on right infront of us, OH, and GUESS WHAT?!   They got the LAST SEATS!!!  DAMN THEM!   We thought we were Screwed, because the next bus didn't come for another couple hours. BUT Then the Guy announced they were gonna have 2 Busses go to NY because of the Big Overcrowd!  (It was Columbus Day Weekend, and for some reason, All thE old Peeps come Out for that Big Blow-out of a Holliday)  So, we were the 1st ones on the second bus....

OKay, so we get to New York finally, and now we are IN the NY Bus Station.  We get off and Find a Phone to Call Val (She goes to NYU, and we were staying with her and her roommate Caroline AKA "THE BIG NEW YORKER")  So, we find the phone, and Val tells us to take a Cab to Water Street.  So yeah, cool, we hang up the phone, and GUESS WHO WE SEE walking BY us?!!  Those 2 DUMB CHINESE KIDS again!  WE gave them A VERY EVIL LOOK, and we scared theM off!  (BUt Whoah!  This isn't the End of the Chinese Era YET!  KeeP reading!!)

ALright, so Val brings us into her Building,  her "DORM" as she calls it.  (THe SWEETEST, most KICK ASS DORM in America!)  So, we go up to her floor, and walk into her "Apartment."  IT was SOoooooo NICE!  Okay, For 2 people, they get a Kitchen, a NICE Kitchen, with a huge Livingroom, with a Great View of the Brooklyn Bridge, and a nice Bathroom, and of course a Bedroom!  It was A DreamLand from The Dorms of UMD man!   Then, we meet the soon-to-be-Famous Caroline (Big New Yorker) OHhhh Caroline.  So, we sit down, and talk over the Pasta that Val cooked for Emily and Myself.   ANd we all Realized that WE ALL have the SAME SICK HUMOR!!!    Wicked Strange, huh?  Even 'Care', who is Freakin from the South!! Whoah!  ANd she's not even a hick really....

OKay, so, we sit, talk, bonded, and then, ITS TIME TO PARTY MY FRIEND!!!!    So, we get dressed, and HEAD on OUT to the Streets of NEw York Baby!  Yes Yes, Much Drinkin Goes on During this Night, Bar after Bar, and THEY SERVED US EVERY TIME BABY!!!!    I was Very Impressed.  But Anyways, yeah, the Night was Great.  Then, Cut to the Next Day.  Okay, First A lil Site Seeing. Saw that Big Statue in that Harbor there from the Ferry.  That was Nice.  Umm, saw some Other New York stuff...Times Square....uh huh...BUT OKAY, Enough oF the Site-Seeing, cut to the CHINESE FACTOR!!!  OKay okay, so, We are in "THe Village," and Emily decides she wants to get her Nose Pierced. So yeah, we walk to a Piercing Place there, and we Walk inside.... and GUESS WHO THE FREAK we SEE in THERE?!!!!!!1    Yup, YOu Guessed IT!   The 2 SAME ChinesE Kids Who Took our Freaking SEATS!!   The Weirdest ThinG in America!  I thought New York was LIke, you know, FREAKIN BIG or Something???  It makes no Sense!  yeah, and It was funny too because Emily and Me just Finished Telling Val and Care About the Evil Chinese Kids who stole our Seats, so NOW, THEY GOT TO SEE THE EVIL CHINESE in ACTion!!  WHOAH!   So Um yeah, here are some pictures for you to see.  Then i'll briefly tell u about the WHEELCHAIR!

Part Two: Wheelchair Adventures!

Alright, so we were walkin down the street onE night in the city, when we came across a wheelchair sittin on the side of the road.  So we go over to it, and its wicked old, and it has a cardboard sign on it that a homeless man obviously uses to say he is handicap and to please give him money.  BUT OBVIOUSLY, The Damn Bastard who USEs this SIGN ISN'T HANDICAPPED, Because He Left his Damn WheelcHair on the Side of the ROAD!   So we decided to teach this man a Lesson....THATS RIGHT< WE STOLE HIS WHEELCHAIR!!  AND IM PROUD THAT WE DID!!!
Here is me in Times Square with My Big Ass Coca-Cola.  It was the happiest day of my life...
They are like Twins!  WickeD Freaky
On the feRRy goin back to sHore.  If you guys were lesbians, i think you would make a wicked cute couple...
She's so happy sittin outside on the boat in the freazing wind....
But LOOK!  Sittin outside on the boat gave us an excellent view of the Statue of Liberty...
So as you can see here, Thats Emily pushing Care down the streets of New York.  Care is trying to look mentally challenged here. I think she did a good job.
Val was so good at it, she stayed in the chair most of the time.  She played the very angry handicap person, who is too good for their handicapness....  She would yell at us to leave her alone because she wanted to take care of herself, and then we would all yell back at her tellin her hoW much She Needs us because SHe doesn't have the use of her legs anYmore, and how much of A bitch SHe was and so on...
Val also took her turn in the seat.  In the pics below, you can see Emily pushing Val.  Now, we didn't just push her around without makin a fuss.  YOu see, As we pushed her, We screamed at the people walkin by tO get outof the Way of the wheelchair.  It was so much fun.  Caroline kept yelling,

"LITTLE LADY WITH A BIG DISABILITY COMING THROUGH!!!"

But the best part tho was whenever we came to the end of the sidewalk, we had to get the chair into the street and then back onto the sidewalk.  This took worK to move the wheelchair.  ALot of the times, Nice People would come up and lift the chair for US.  WE would ofcourse say Thanks for Helping, BUT THEN YELL right back at Them.  OR Val would start Yelling, "YOU dont have to help me because YOu feel bad for ME. I DONT Need HElp just because Im disabled!!!"  ANd so on.

Here's another picture of us right in the middle of times square outside oF the MTV STudios.  We got a lady to take a few pictures Of us too, but they didn't come out very good.

ANd this is wHere we Finally decided to Leave the Wheelchair.  We were tryin to bring it all the way back to their apartment, but it was too far and we would have needed to bring it on the subway...  So, we left iT in the Elevator at the Bus Depot.  THere's ME sittin in it.  WHen Emily sat in it for us to take a picture of it, haha, the Elevator went down and we lost for awhile.  When the elevator came back, this Lady was waiting for it, and when the doors Opened, Emily was standing next to her wheelchair, and I'm guessing the Lady thought that was weird.... so Emily just ran out and left the chair sittin in the Elevator....

SO yeah, it was quite an Experience in New York City. I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK AGAIN and see what Happens!!
We even went into a restaurant lookin for one of Val and Care's friends, but they were rude to us, so we Made this HUGe scene infront of all their customeRs sayin how they dont like handicap peopLe.  From there, we went to Times Square to see some street acts.  Val got pulled up to play the drums with the band. She was a very happy girl.  We told the band it was a dream come tRue because she loved their music. OH, and there wEre Cops there, and they made everyone clear the area so she could roll around and shit near the band.  GOod Times.
One Last Picture of Val and Emily.  This is right across the street from Val's apartment... Nice View...
